Shipping is free for orders over R800. Less than R800 will be charged R100 shipping fee in total and not per single item.

We accept direct bank payment, Visa and Mastercard through a secure payment gateway from PayFast for South Africans
The Courier Guy delivers directly to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours.
Please note that The Courier Guy will only deliver to a physical address and no P.O. Box addresses.
The Courier Guy requires that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
You have 21 days from the date of purchase if your product is faulty to return for an exchange/refund.
Returned items need to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with tags still attached.
Make sure to send proof of your payment/order number for us to process.
Returned/exchanged after the 21 days from original order will not be accepted

Refunds will not include the cost of shipping if you have ordered the wrong size or want to exchange for a different style.
Sale items can not be returned for a refund/exchange.
Once we have received your item we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. Once your item is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
